Avon Guesthouse

Great communication before arrival. I was able to drop my bags off early. The room was clean, well stocked with tea/coffee, space to hang clothes. The bed was very comfortable and the place quiet. Only a 5/10 minute walk into the centre. Julie was so friendly and welcoming.

Julie the host was lovely & friendly. Great room had everything we needed. Fab location with parking !

The location was excellent, clean with a very helpful host in Julie

Julie is a wonderful hostess and understanding especially with our card problems. Julie lives there as well so its convenient. The Guesthouse is not within the centre but close enough just outside Avon River with just 10mins walk. It has private parking upon request. The rooms are not modern but our twin room on top floor is big and clean and have TV with good reception and wifi.

The room was spacious for the three of us. Very clean and nicely appointed. The host Julie was very hospitable and was very helpful when I needed to get to an urgent care center. Greatly appreciated! She also arranged for someone to be at the guesthouse before checkin so we could drop off our luggage.

Location good for town centre

Location, location, locatjon! A very convenient 10min slow walk into Bath city and parking available. Very clean room, comfortable beds, wonderful and an amazingly friendly and hospitable host! I would recommend and come back to stay here again if I visit Bath again.

Great host, very friendly. Location is very good, 5mins walking to the centre. Room is spacious and clean. Parking spot was great. Ironing board and iron on each floor, hairdryer in the room. Towels, wardrobe, kettle and instant coffee/teas available. All great!

Staff Room Decor The labrador Location

Spacious and nicely decorated family room. Property has parking facility and is located about 15mins walk to the city. Owner is very pleasant and explained the touristic areas in the city.

The renovated suite we stayed has a lovely a decor. Julie was super attentive. Cozy, clean and affective guesthouse just a few minutes walk from city center, through the bridge with pleasant views.

Great location. Jullie, our host, was really helpful, changing my pillow and helping us to pick up our luggage easily. She also recommended a nice breakfast and coffee place nearby.

It was close enough to all attractions to walk, yet there was (limited) free parking. Also, very helpful and kind host.

Everything! Gorgeous property, beautiful rooms and free parking! Its 5 minutes into Bath on foot. However the icing on the cake ,is Julie ,the owner, what an incredible, lovely, knowledgeable lady, nothing was too much trouble. We wish her and her family all the best for the future. Xxx
