Guest Reviews
Nice that there was an open living room where one could sit in the evenings. Good and effective communication online before the stay.
The room facilities were new.
Great location only a short walk to the bus stop for easy access to Edinburgh city. New and very clean
A good and clean room in the backyard of the main building, quiet surroundings, Portobello beach very close by, the hoste was very polite and cheerful.
The family room is spacious and comfortable, despite smallish shower. We loved that we could keep milk and yoghurt in fridge downstairs (communal breakfast room) and could heat microwave dinners on the nights that we didn't dine out. Despite the guesthouse being located on a busy road the noise from vehicles did not disturb us if the windows were closed. The bedroom curtains blocked out the light sufficiently. It was very convenient to have several bus routes that depart from stop nearby.
Great location on a bus route just outside of the city centre Large rooms with plenty of space and storage Secure parking and bike storage Very comfortable beds
Newly renovated, modern rooms, windows that open for fresh air, proximity to bus stop, free car parking
