Location in the centre of Kemp Town. Very warm. Comfy bed. Nice little wet room. Quiet. Bins emptied and towels changed already after the first night. They warned us it was small and it was! Fine for tidy people who might like being in a boat. Cheaper than most in rip-off Brighton!

While specific renovation details are not provided in the listings, the rooms are designed to feel welcoming and practical for short breaks, weekend getaways and mid week stays alike. The information also confirms that reservation is not possible for the parking option, so travelers should plan accordingly. On the lifestyle front, The Brighton Inn does not list on site dining facilities in the available material. Some guests may notice elements such as coffee or tea facilities in rooms in the photo gallery, but there is no explicit statement about an in house restaurant or bar. Visitors seeking breakfast or evening dining options may wish to explore the surrounding area where Brighton’s cafe culture and eateries are known to flourish, often within a short walk of the hotel. Family friendliness is clearly addressed in the listed policies. The inn welcomes children aged 3 and older, while other provisions are very clear about bed arrangements. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots, and the maximum number of guests per room is stated as two. These policies can help families plan a stay with confidence, understanding that the property is designed for intimate groups rather than large families needing extended space. In terms of who this hotel is ideal for, The Brighton Inn suits couples and solo travelers who value location and value for money in a boutique style setting. It also serves as a practical option for small, two person stays who want to enjoy Brighton’s beach scene and pier attractions without the overhead of a larger property.
