Cityroomz Edinburgh

Location was superb: Very close to the old town and right on the main bus routes (including route to/from airport), the tramway, and tour bus stops. Surrounded by great restaurants and pubs of a good variety and shops for basic needs like water, few snacks, etc. Since it has no breakfast option, it actually saved money to be able to run across the street for some breakfast, and there were some very near restaurants with breakfast options, too. Despite its location, it was nice and quiet to stay there -- we got great sleeps. Virtually no noise (but we didn't have a street-facing room). Room was very basic, but comfortable and clean and just what you'd need. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Considering the location and prices across the city, I thought the price per night was fair and even good if you're on a budget but want a hotel room.

Hotel is great location for transportation links and for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a reasonable size, quiet and very clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was powerful. Lift to the upper floors. Previously stayed at this hotel last year and the takeover by Sheraton is a great improvement.

The location is great, and the value for the price! There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, to and from the airport (Line 1). Close to everything! The room was clean and the staff was helpful and professional. No complaints at all!

We were very pleased with the location of the facility, its accessibility from the airport, and its proximity to tourist attractions. The room was spacious enough, allowing us to comfortably unpack our suitcases. We were very satisfied with the room temperature, and it was great that it could be adjusted. There were occasional noises, but overall, we were very satisfied.

Lovely central location, easy to reach by tram. The staff was very kind and helpful and the bed super comfy!

Convenient for city centre and railway station.

The room was open, bright and the bathroom was lovely. The room exceeded cleanliness expectations, and was within walking distance to everything. I plan to return here next time I am in the city! It's not a 5* luxury hotel but I can't find a fault at all.

The staff and the position are the real plus.
