Just returned from our stay at Fern Villa Andy & Sisi the hosts were very friendly, accommodating & knowledgeable of the local area. Their breakfast was scrummy, the B&B was clean & tidy with facilities provided in the room to use. Parking on site (payable for a small fee) but the main attraction of the accommodation has to be it's location! We came as a family to experience the Merlin Attractions - all which can be reached by a 5-10min walk away. You can also walk to town/Winter Gardens. We look forward to returning later in the year for the Illuminations

A comfortable clean affordable little hotel. This is our second stay at the Fern Villa. Hosts are always so welcoming. The Villa is situated so central to shops, restaurants and Entertainment. Car parking is available at the Villa which again is a bonus. Breakfast is good, again personal touch from the hosts. I would recommend this accommodation.

The hosts were excellent, room was great and breakfast was superb location was perfect ,Perfect location no hills and central for family needs, clean rooms, tea and coffee in the room was great for early morning brew and the breakfast was lovely. on site parking too would give five stars but have to give it a ten ********** as it covers all we need even no complaints from the kids with the wifi. last minute bookings great
