Great location - easy to get to from airport on tram and short walk in to city centre. Fantastic breakfast - cooked options were particularly tasty. Nice staff. Comfy bed.

Very nice hotel, clean room, good size, very quiet. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of cooked breakfast or continental. Quiet location 5 minute walk from Haymarket station or 25 minute walk from Waverley or 10 minute bus ride. Not far from the water of Leith walkway path to Dean Village. Staff friendly, Raluca was so helpful and informative with bus information and sightseeing info.

The room was small but had everything you’d need for a basic stay. It was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was perfectly fine for this type of hotel (and by British standards). Breakfast was good, though it could get a bit repetitive since the same dishes were served every day—which is pretty typical for hotels. That said, there wasn’t really anything to complain about. The location wasn’t bad—just not very central. It’s about a 20–30 minute walk to the Castle, but definitely manageable.

Location really good. I. 2 minutes walking you’d have transports for everywhere… airport, center city, surroundings. Really comfortable beds and on that topic I really appreciate that a twin room ACTUALLY had 2 beds, unlike other places where they advertise twin , but in fact they just put one big bed with 2 single mattresses on top. I hate that. Here was PERFECT with a night stand between the beds.

Fantastic location- approximately 20 min walk from all the main attractions, and countless options for transport at your doorstep. The breakfast had everything you would expect: filtered coffee, scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, hash browns, toast, fruit, yogurt, granola, and pastries. Really good value for money considering that having breakfast outside would cost you more and you’d eat less. Room is huge and there’s air conditioning and extra towels Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, aside from hairdryer, iron, etc Staff were fantastic and super friendly throughout
