Great design features in room with high ceilings and funky decor. Outside the LEZ zone so easy for us to drop luggage off. We used ‘Your Parking Space’ website to find cheap parking nearby. Beautiful canals and walks into the City nearby.

Very kind staff that responded quickly to our requests (eg for an adapter). Great location, close to Bus stations and city center. Also Haymarket Station / Bus to Airport was within 10-15 walking distance.

Very good location. Quest house is not far from city center. Sights were in walkable distance. We did not use public transport except train to countryside. Hot water, tea, coffee were available. Clear instructions for check-in. Everything is clean and tidy. I really enjoyed the communication with the representatives. Very useful tips and quick answers to questions. I really liked the responsiveness.

everything was very good. The reason I deducted 1 point was that our room was on the top floor and it was difficult to get the suitcases out. the cleanliness and the possibilities to communicate with the staff were also very good.
