La struttura è incantevole, siamo arrivati la sera e la sorpresa di trovarci in un luogo tanto magico ci ha lasciato senza parole. L’albergo è scavato nella roccia e consente di vivere un’esperienza unica e suggestiva. La nostra camera era pulita e accogliente e lo spazio comune fuori, semplice, rustico e ben curato, consente di godere di bei momenti di relax davanti ad una tazza di tè. Una menzione particolare ai titolari che sono estremamente gentili e accoglienti, é stato un piacere conoscerli e chiacchierare con loro. Molto buona la colazione.

Tutti i dettagli sono curati e rendono la struttura autentica. Gli host sono molto disponibili e cordiali.

It is the cave experience we were looking for. The updated and modernized bathroom was a welcome comfort. The bed mattresses and sheets were comfortable. We all had a very goodnight sleep every night.

La gentillesse, l'hospitalité, les petites attentions et surtout la folie des hôtes qui inlassablement restaurent leur chambres troglodytes depuis 15 ans. La décoration et l'ameublement faits de meubles de famille, chinés, bricolés et réinventés, d'artisanat maison et local. Et malgré ça, rien du confort moderne ne manque ici. Même la douche est bien chaude et a de la pression. Et pour couronner le tout, l'hôtel est situé au calme, bien loin de l'effervescence de Göreme pourtant proche. Bien sûr, il vous faudra une voiture pour venir ici, mais elle est indispensable pour visiter la Cappadoce !

Mustafapasa ist ein eher ruhiger touristischer Ort ohne großen Trubel. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön erhaben über der Stadt mit Blick auf den Ort. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und familiär. Sie haben uns den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet, uns in vielen touristischen Angelegenheiten hilfreich beraten und auch durch Telefonate in Landessprache unterstützt. Wir haben viel erfahren über die türkische Sicht auf viele Dinge des aktuellen Zeitgeschehens. Wir haben im Hotel eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.

I liked everything about Gibos and I wish I spent more time in this place and region. The ultimate highlight for me is Adin and Hatice and their exceptional hospitality that is equal to being like their family. We had a good time together with the other guests: enjoying beer, tea and snacks at the terrace and the daily complete and homey breakfast in the cave dining room. We also went out for a walk with our hosts and other guests to see the highlights of Mustafapaşa. In the evening, we got to play musical instruments and sing songs on the guitar. Adin also has been very helpful at getting us slots for last minute hot air balloon rides. We stayed in another hotel in Göreme, but I left my heart in Gibos!

We cannot praise Gibos enough! Our stay was absolutely PERFECT! If you are looking for a genuine, authentic and wonderful stay in Cappadocia this is it! The hosts are part of what made our trip so incredible, always taking the time to help us plan our days, showing us all the best places and planning tours for us. Mustafapasa is the hidden gem of the area, we spent two days exploring it and fell in love, the valleys are PACKED with incredible caves, churches and trails! By far our favourite spot over Goreme, Uchisar, Urgup, Avanos.

The hosts were amazing. They prepared Turkish breakfast and dinner for us. Felt like im with the family. They are very nice with all the guests.

Of my ten-day trip in Turkey staying at this hotel was one of the highlights. It was very authentic and friendly and the couple who run the place are wonderfully knowledgeable about its history so staying there was like an attraction in itself. We spent the morning hearing stories about the caves, learning backgammon and playing music with the collection of instruments the owners had. The cave room I was in was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with a powerful shower that was much welcomed after staying in cheap hostels and camping for a week. The room had a nice view of the valley and the terrace was nice to sit on and look at the stars at night. My friend and I were initially unsure about staying in Mustafapasa due to being quite far out from Goreme and the other towns but it was well worth it. It was very quiet and peaceful and we could get around just fine with taxis that the owners helped us to organise.

È un posto vero, ci sono le caverne per davvero

Super imødekommende værter, som prioriterer kundernes oplevelse og ophold på hotellet. Rengøring og hygiejne var tip top. Dejlige kølige cave/hule værelser på hotellet. Der er intet at sætte finger på.

Extrem schöne, ursprüngliche Umgebung mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Außergewöhnlich, in der Höhle zu übernachten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Os anfitriões são incríveis, prestativos, amáveis e super simpáticos. Nos convidaram para participar do happy hour deles com os amigos e tivemos a o prazer de conhecer um pouco mais sobre a cultura turca. Dormir na "caverna", foi uma experiencia muito boa. Agua quente, wifi funciona super bem, café da manhã preparado pelo casal com muito capricho e amor. Super recomendo.

Lugar incrível, especial. Os anfritriões foram pessoas que se tornaram amigas. Mostraram um pouco da cultura turca a través da música. Foi uma experiência única. O espaço era exatamente o que eu estava procurando. Uma estadia numa pousada caverna. Decoração linda, cheia de detalhes rústicos e interessantes.

I *loved* the Gibos Cave hotel. Incredible place. Memorable time. The proprietors are amazing; really go out if their way to be helpful. So interesting and fun to talk to. Rooms gorgeous and authentic. Highly recommend.
