Grays Boutique was a lovely B&B. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything in them you could possibly need. All the staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I would very much recommend Grays and look to stay there again if visiting the area.

The location is perfect - a short walk and you are right in the centre of Bath! The breakfast was also delicious and the staff were very friendly - even providing a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon!

The staff couldn’t do enough to help, before, during and after arrival. The location is perfect and the room was exceptional, beautiful lot presented and really comfortable. A real home from home feeling. Lovely breakfast and off road parking too. Highly recommended!

There was nothing to fault. Excellent communication prior to arriving, lovely welcome and informative on the area by providing a map and highlighting the places to visit that were relevant to us. It was nice to be listened to. The room was perfect and easily accessible for my elderly mum. The breakfast room was bright and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and beautifully cooked with high quality ingredients. Certainly surpassed expectations and mum thoroughly enjoyed the food which is not always easy to achieve, Having a car parking space was also a huge plus. I would highly recommend this hotel.
