Everything was great. A special surprise was the Japanese toilet with remote control and lighting.
Location, furnitures, breakfast and spa
A hotel carved into the rocks of Cappadocia.Beautiful and big room with a very big bed. Wonderful decorated with atmospherical lightning in a very good location.Nice breakfast and though it was not a buffet, they offered eggs, croissant, bred, pancakes, 1 (different) pie every day, variaty of cheese and a lot of other products. Our room had jacuzzi and a shower. They offered everyday a bottle of water and clean towels. The staff was very polite, helpful and kind.In breakfast area,at the parking area, reception everybody was trying to help us. Probably I would choose it again.
The property is in a great location and the rooms are spacious and clean
Location was really nice. Hotel looks amazing especially at night. Furnitue in rooms is old but well maintained and is part of the charm. Lovely ouside lounge areas for sitting. Staff was very helpfull in arranging activities and tours. Breakfast is not buffet style but very generous amount of foof and very tasty.
The location of the hotel was perfect, a walking distance to town and hot air balloon viewing points. I loved the cleanliness and size of the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time. I enjoyed the food as well. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Is a beautiful place, good breakfast, confortable rooms and very nice employees. Thanks to all, Cappadocia is a dreamer place.
We booked 2 rooms. Location was perfect and it provided the cave experience unique to Capadoccia. Both rooms were great. Top room had an amazing bathroom, almost as large as the room. Bottom floor had a king size bed + 1 single which was perfect for me and my kids. Everything felt clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, gave the feel of a Turkish breakfast/brunch. Though staff in the restaurant looked rushed and flustered trying to keep up with all the tables as they provided a standard set menu for everyone. We also had the most amazing view of the hot air balloons from the terrace. The view in general was amazing and the morning we woke to the hot air balloons was just spectacular. The location is at the very top of Goreme, we loved our location however it is a steep walk from the main street after a day of exploring. We enjoyed it and it added to the experience and having a stroller helped with our little one resting whenever she needed. I'd definitely return again.
Beautiful scenery.
Mesmerizing location and hotel facilities
The breakfast was amazing! They offer a great variety of food items and everything was delicious. They were able to help us book transportation from the airport to the hotel. The underground pool was so pretty and relaxing during the hot hours of the day (there is also a Sauna which is a plus). The rooms were really spacious. About a 10 minute walk down to the city center (the way back is uphill but you can grab a cab if you aren't up for the little workout).
What an amazing stay me and my family experienced. We had booked one cave room and one king suite. To our surprise they upgraded my room to a cave suite when they got to know that I'm expecting in order to avoid the use of many stairs that's how amazing the staff is, very accommodating and sweet. The location was also wonderful, the center is just 5 mins away by walk as well as the view point. The hotel is very neat and beautiful. The rooms are huge and well decorated, and it feels luxurious. Also the technology used is insane. Additionally, they have AC which is a big advantage when booking cave rooms during summers. Furthermore, they serve breakfast on the table and it has almost anything you need like freshly baked croissants, pancakes, custom made eggs, fruits, jams, cheese, butter, diff kinds of breads, juices, coffee and many other things which I can't recall now. Also, we requested for early breakfast since we had to fly to another city early in the morning and they arranged a tiffen box for each of us which was a really sweet gesture. They also helped us arrange a hot air balloon ride at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely book this property every time I plan to visit Cappadocia since no other hotel I have stayed in was as perfect as Imperial Suits Hotel & Spa.
Everything top, the spa and pool little bit small
Large home made breakfast very good
A beautiful cave hotel with spa . Many terraces to sit out on . Staff were super helpful . Spa outstanding and an excellent breakfast was served to you every day in the restaurant . Rooms were large , clean and lovely .
Great rooms, courteous staff and superb vibes
Walking in to the courtyard late at night we knew we were in for a very special experience. Beautifully decorated suites, walk in shower and jacuzzi baths in our rooms. Genuinely warm and welcoming staff. The stunning over head chandelier in the indoor pool and sauna was magical and gave a welcome relief from the heat.
