As the title suggests, this stay totally deserves it. The room was not only very spacious but it was very clean and certainly beautiful. There’s a luxurious interior pool downstairs which really sets out a vibe, and the breakfast buffet has lots of options, all of them being delicious! But what gave out the 10/10 is undoubtedly the staff, especially Noor at the reception who was heartwarmingly amazing and generously accommodating to my needs. The whole staff would go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well. May God bless you all. It truly made me feel at home, if not better :) would definitely come back!

Beautiful new hotel, just a short drive from Göreme. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly! Indoor swimming pool is a lovely bonus after a long day of exploring.

The hotel is new and comfortable, with very friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. The accommodation occupies three floors, including the basement level. However, there is no refrigerator in the rooms, and many basement rooms don’t even have windows. The restaurant is quite spacious, with beautiful new furniture and elegant tableware. There’s also a small terrace. A small indoor pool is located on the basement floor, but it’s very tiny, and there is no sauna. I booked a room with a balcony through Booking because my husband smokes, but we were given a room without one. There was also no floor towel in the bathroom — probably just forgotten. There are no mosquito nets on the windows; in the evening we opened the window, and during the night I woke up to find that a cat had jumped into our room through it. This could easily scare someone. I couldn’t figure out how to use the TV — I couldn’t manage to turn on YouTube. Breakfast was very diverse, all the products were fresh, and there was plenty of choice for every taste. You definitely won’t leave hungry. However, the receptionist told us breakfast starts at 8:30, and when we arrived, it turned out that tourist groups were having breakfast and dinner there, so the staff couldn’t keep up. All the tables were covered with dirty dishes, and we couldn’t find a clean one. The hotel is located some distance from the city center. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this place may be perfect for you; but if you prefer to have quick, easy access to the center on foot, this might not be the best option. Overall, the hotel is new, fresh, clean, and beautiful. There are some small shortcomings, but all of them are fixable with time and experience.

The property is very clean and modern.

Hôtel tout neuf et au calme en périphérie d’Uçhisar mais proche à pied du centre. Chambre spacieuse et grand lit confortable. Climatisation, ce qui est important en été. Stationnement sans problème Personnel serviable et très bon petit déjeuner.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Uchisar und per Taxi in Göreme. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war sehr lecker und umfangreich. Aber besonders hervorragend war der Service. Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einige können wohl nicht so gut Englisch, aber aufgrund der großartigen Bemühungen war dies absolut kein Problem. Am meisten überzeugt hat uns der Mitarbeiter Hüseyin. Er war besonders aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wieder kommen, dann hauptsächlich wegen ihm.

We spent three days at Cappadocia ByHan Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, large and clean and the staff was very gentle and took care of us. They satisfied every request we asked for. They suggested us an hot air ballon and they booked for us this experience. Breakfast was plentiful. I recommend this hotel which is located in Uchisar few minutes far away from goreme by car.
