Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort

From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay felt special. But what truly stood out was the breakfast — it was absolutely incredible. It felt like something straight out of a royal palace, the kind of breakfast you’d imagine being served to kings and queens. The variety, the presentation, the quality… every detail was just perfect.

The lagoon swim up room with heated pool was perfect. Great location to main area. Gym fully equipped with cardio and weights and machines. Towels and bottle water always available. Always able to get a sunbed by the pool area. Beach bars and restaurants great.

Luxury Lagoon Suite was amazing

We were greeted on arrival by Taha, who gave us a rundown of the facilities and showed us to our room (absolutely gorgeous). We were looked after during the week by Taha and Basak, who were always on call should we need anything. They arranged the a la carte restaurants for us, we tried the steakhouse and the Italian. Both fantastic. The quality of the food and drink is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. The pools are crystal clear, none of that murky stuff here. Both pool and beach areas are well equipped with plenty of lounger and staff do come round and remove the towels if the beds have been unattended for a while, which is a welcome sight to see. Having stayed at a few hotels in the immediate area, this one is a cut above for sure. We will be returning.

They were both incredibly kind and helpful 🥰 The hotel itself is absolutely stunning – every corner is beautifully designed and so well maintained, it feels like stepping into a little piece of paradise. The staff at the Lagoon Suite Restaurants deserve a special mention – they were incredible! Always smiling, always willing to help, and genuinely wanting to make sure we had the best possible time. It made such a difference and really made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, modern, and so comfortable – waking up each morning and looking out onto the lagoon swimming pool was so beautiful , the surroundings were like a dream. Everything was spotless, and the little touches made it feel extra special, especially the mini bar and special treats delivered just for us ! The food… wow DELICIOUS!! 🤤 Every meal was a joy, with so much variety and quality. From the buffet to the à la carte restaurants, everything was delicious. We especially loved the desserts and cocktails – a real treat every day. The pools, the beach, the spa, and the entertainment were all outstanding. Whether we wanted to relax quietly or get involved with activities, there was always something perfect for us to do. The evening shows were fantastic and gave the holiday such a fun atmosphere. This wasn’t just a hotel stay – it was an unforgettable experience. Palazzo Hotel Belek gave us memories that we will cherish forever, and we can’t wait to come back. Lagoon is so nice

THE BEST all-inclusive hotel in Antalya. The service was impeccable, especially T and B from guest services, the amenities were luxuriously stunning including the spa and hammam, delicious meal offerings, and a stunning beach. Our suite was absolutely one-of-a-kind with a top floor view of the entire resort and a spa-inspired marble bathroom.

Amazing resort, very friendly staff, so much to do for the kids like kids pool party, balloon making so much more things they absolutely loved it, multiple restaurants with amazing food and drinks also… definitely back soon thanks guys…

Everything was absolutely top-notch! Every detail is carefully thought out — from comfort and convenience to beauty and taste. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. We stayed for 4 nights at Kaya Palazzo in the Lagoon suits, and it was an amazing experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. The Lagoon rooms are beautiful, spacious, and give a sense of privacy with direct access to the pool – definitely a highlight of our stay. The hotel itself is luxurious and well-maintained, with plenty of facilities and activities. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the service was always attentive. We especially loved the atmosphere in the Lagoon area, which felt calm and exclusive. Overall, Kaya Palazzo exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and a relaxing vacation.

We loved everything, the room, the food, the facilities but I must say the personnel was the best part, everyone was really accommodating and helpful.

Very good hotel, nice personnel, especially personal assistants Mesut and Nicolette - they met us on the reception, helped to check it instantly, made free room upgrade and then were on the contact all the day and helped to solve few very small issues. Guest service was available 24/7, it was really great! Nice compliment from the hotel included bottle of wine and fresh fruits and sweets. Very good main restaurant, a lot of great bars. 100 meters to the beach. Strong WiFi connection around all hotel territory.

The Lagoon Suites really make an impact on the convenience, the dedicated restaurant is superb
