Hotel seem to be perfectly taken care of, territory clean and well maintained, all the furniture seem new and clean, everywhere is amazing odor The special impression is cats everywhere, loved it, they are such cute and funny, our little neighbors throughout all stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Paloma Grida Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best all-inclusive experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding — fresh, vibrant, and with so much variety that every meal felt like a new discovery. Whether you’re a picky eater or an adventurous foodie, there’s something for everyone, and the quality is consistently top-notch. The cleanliness of the entire resort was truly impressive — everything was spotless at all times. The rooms were immaculate, with tasteful, modern decor that felt both elegant and cozy. You could really tell that every detail had been carefully thought out. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the service. The staff were unfailingly friendly, attentive, and seemed to anticipate our every need without being intrusive. A special shout-out to the front office team, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay — nothing was ever too much trouble. An extra special thank you to Mehtap and Dilayla, who truly went the extra mile to make our experience unforgettable. If you’re considering a luxurious, relaxing escape with amazing service, fantastic food, and impeccable surroundings, I can’t recommend Paloma Grida enough. Beautiful luxury new hotel. Service was amazing and very tasty food everywhere. The hotel has just been reopened June 2025 after being renovated to a very high standard. We were delighted to stay here. Ahmet was very helpful and booked our golf and dinner reservations. The spa is also very nice. We also got a late check out which was very helpful. All facilties here are lovely. Evening show was great too. They have a small waterpark for kids. Highly recommend we only stayed 2 nights but loved this hotel.

The water slides were fun for children of all ages. The food and variety were exceptional. The spicy beef burger at Quantine Restaurant was absolutely memorable. The almond ice cream comes as an absolutely refreshing treat after a day of activity in the hot sun.

Room was spacious, the main restaurant is very large with an outside space. There is a lot to choose from. For dinner, we had mexican one night, italian another, turkish etc. The pools have more than enough life guards around which shows they take safety seriously. The customer service at Paloma is fantastic. My toddler spilled water on the bed. I called the reception requesting they change the sheets, someone was at our door within 2 minutes!

All amenities restaurants are close to each other, good architectural designed and food has excellent quality.

Amazing location, incredible food and variety of activities. Very kids friendly. This was my third time there with my two kids and I absolutely enjoyed it to the max.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, our second visit here. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices for everyone. We appreciated how helpful the staff was with our food restrictions, offering good lactose and gluten-free options. The water pools were very nice and the service was great. When we had a problem with our flight, the hotel management helped us a lot, which we really valued.

Room booked through Booking.com was excellent and location on complex was great. Entertaintment was very good apart from one night when a comedian was on. Drinks and food very good. 18+ bar and beach was excellent. This was our 2nd visit with no children and our week was primarily before school holidays. Sun beds plentyful our week but towards the end of the week prior to leaving sun beds became few and far between. Our week was 17th to 24th May.

Personnel, food, facilities and atmosphere were great. The best hotel we've ever been to. Children were delighted and we also felt well taken care of throughout our 11-day long stay.
