I had an amazing stay at Key Hotel in Izmir! From start to finish, the service was absolutely fantastic — the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. It was a small but perfect hotel, not too busy just the way i like it. The decor was amazing and very different to any other hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect. Right next to the Konak Pier and a 5 minute walk to the clock tower square and Kemaralti Market. Plenty of food options close by and plenty of shopping places. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was outstanding, especially with the stunning sea view — the perfect way to start the day. My room had a gorgeous sea view as well, and watching the sunset from my window was simply unforgettable. Their hospitality was above and beyond. I suffered an allergic reaction after eating chestnuts in the market. All pharmacies closed early that night due to public holiday the next day. I called reception for help. They arranged a colleague to go on a scooter and hunt down an open pharmacy. Within 20 minutes they got me medication. I cant thank them enough for this as i was panicking. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Key Hotel to anyone visiting Izmir — it’s a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality!

The hotel was absolutely lovely — spotless with a classy, elegant interior. The staff were incredibly helpful and really took great care of us throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, cozy bed and an amazing view over the sea. The sheets were soft and great quality, which made for a wonderful night’s sleep. Breakfast was very nice — the buffet was a bit limited, but this was more than made up for by the à la carte menu and the chef’s delicious specials. The restaurant staff were such lovely hosts — friendly, attentive, and genuinely courteous. The decor throughout the hotel was stylish — dark and glossy but still very classy. Breakfast always set us up perfectly for the day, and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a real highlight. We’d definitely recommend this hotel. Oh, and you get a topped up fridge of free drinks everyday which was really nice too!

I rarely give more than 9/10 but this hotel gets it. Staff, food, quality furnishings and fittings. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Refreshingly different to the large chain hotels. Would stay again in a flash.

Good location for seeing major sites and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent customer service, free valet parking out the front (it's a pretty tight road so it's much appreciated!). Free mini bar drinks and really nice rooms. Quiet, clean, decent breakfast. we would definitely stay here again.

An amazing hotel, that provides outstanding service in every area. Two members of the staff Mehmet and Ugyer were amazing and could not have made us feel more welcome. This is a standout hotel, central located near the port area. I could not speak more highly of the hotel and its staff and would recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

The property is centrally located with easy access to many restaurants and coffee shops. Having stayed in many hotels in the local area the Key hotel outshines all others hotels without doubt. Staff go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met, they are friendly and courteous and always go above and beyond for the smallest request. The hotel is impeccably clean with a modern decor. I wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you for a great stay !

This hotel was perfectly placed to visit the Izmir sites that we had on our list all within an easy walk - Agora of Smyrna, the bizarre, and the Clock tower. The room exceeded expectations in size, and the view across the water allowed us to enjoy watching Port life and witness a spectacular sunset. Breakfast was included, and the team made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too great an ask.

One of the best hotels in the area

I like that the room was modern and was huge. I also like that everything in the refrigerator was complimentary and was well stocked up.

Location was excellent, however tricky to locate on google maps. There is no street parking however the staff took care of that by offering valet parking at no extra cost. Friendly and professional staff.
