Staff were fantastic and the water pressure was brilliant giving a fantastic shower, the bath was a great size as well. Room was big and had loads of little extras that were a nice touch

Lovely spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. However the best part of our stay had to be the wonderful staff who were welcoming, friendly and just fabulous.

Staff we found to be excellent & a credit to the hotel. Very polite, welcoming and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and was (mostly) clean. The cleaners left a fresh service pack each day without request which was a caring thought. Location too was very good as was the parking.

Lovely clean room, superb deep bath, beds comfortable, room had mini-fridge which was useful. Heating could be turned off if needed, and could open a small window for fresh air. Restaurant food was excellent, service was attentive. Great quiet location on the water, a short walk away from the Britannia yacht and two tram stops, with a selection of interesting restaurants close by.

The hotel is in a wonderful location that’s very picturesque, quiet, but also one easy tram ride away from the center or airport. The staff is fantastic, the room was clean, spacious and well decorated.
