Great location just off Prince St in the heart of Edinburgh. Easy walk from Edinburgh (Waverley) rail station (just make sure you walk out the right side of the station or you’ll walk around the block like we did🤦‍♂️)…Good pub right next door.

We stayed at the other Motel One for three nights and due to a train being delayed and cancelled we stayed here for one night. what a welcome when we arrived and explained our problem, staff were great, took care of our stuff and put some precious scotch pies and haggis in the fridge for us. As with the other Motel One I would reccommend staying at any of the Motel One hotels.

Hotel is located opposite the train station so in a fabulous position for all attractions. It's clean, staff lovely, rooms quiet, bed comfortable. Bar area is lovely to sit and relax and have either a coffee or a drink in the evening.

Location was amazing, very central, very easy to find. Staff were very accommodating and polite. The receptionists were very professional and the barman was very knowledgeable and Rums. The continental breakfast had a good range of items and was a pleasant change to the full English breakfast (husband may not agree).

Location is very good. Short walk from Waverley Train Station and Airport Line. The hotel has elevator that no problem with big luggage.
