Location was brilliant and staff where lovely
We loved our stay at Norfolk Royale hotel, the pool was great the hotel building was impressive and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and we would certainly stay again. The location was also great with a short walk into town and very close to restuarants and pubs.
Stayed here with a friend for a rave, we had a twin room and was very happy, bathroom was very clean, beds very comfortable and the carpets were thicker than the carpet in my own home. Swimming pool and hot tub were included in the price and were quiet.

Close to the Christmas Market and was clean and tidy throughout
The staff were excellent truly committed to ensuring you had a good time so was the breakfast and the room was excellent the following report is factual but doesn't take anything away from the commitment from the staff to ensuring you had a good stay but it did make you wary about the rat and yes I do have a photo of this. I'm not after anything just wish to make the hotel aware of a problem in fact I look at this that I've done them a good turn too notifying them otherwise more could have complained

Jacuzzi and pool
Location is excellent, near to the town , pier and beach. The hotel parking is convenient , best booked prior to your stay to gain best value; the hotel send a link about a week before re parking. The breakfast was fine , aspects are good such as Tea and Coffee being served, breakfast ingredients do not seem the best quality ,but acceptable. Staff at breakfast seemed very rushed on the Saturday and appeared under pressure, the Sunday was calmer and a more enjoyable experience. It is a beautiful hotel, although parts of the show its age this makes some areas seem tired, however also adds to it’s charm. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is the third time we have stayed here, mostly due to its convenient situation. Generally very good value .
