Guest Reviews
Everything was absolutely fine, especially as we had paid a very affordable rate, considering it was a city centre location.
Room was suitably furnished; good sized towels; clean; good coffee; comfortable
Room was spacious, plenty of storage and room had a mini fridge. Toilet was separate to the main bathroom which was good if one of you is getting ready etc or showering etc. Beds were comfy, could do with some spare pillows. Great location,.close to Chinatown and the gay village.
Top location in the city centre, nice Staff and very friendly guys
Booked stay as the Novotel prior to the change of ownership, would be interested to see the changes that are made due to this change, but the hotel has a good location and clean, with a good bar area and plenty of places to eat nearby.
Just about everything Great value
Great location, room was comfortable, disappointed no kettle in the room was surprising as there was a safe and fridge. Was unable to complete check in on line as requested, went to reception in the morning to explain the situation they re assured me booking was on the system but a very long queue to check in later that day was very time consuming.
Clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, ideal location.
