We loved our stay, we booked this for our son’s birthday and the room was perfect for a cosy night in. The tv in the middle of the room was a win as we spun it round and watched movies on the sofa and then could turn it round when we got in bed. The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful

We loved the attention to detail with the quirky decor. The Donna Wilson cushions are cute. We had an issue with a curtain in our room and we were immediately moved to a beautiful room with loads of space. The breakfast was also delicious.

We loved our stay at the Treehouse. The playful treehouse-themed design and use of sustainable materials made the room feel both cosy and very cool. Our 7‑year‑old was absolutely delighted. He especially enjoyed signing a little wooden plank and leaving it in the corridor. The rotating TV/blackboard stand was a brilliant touch. Staff were incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the beds were clean and very comfortable.

About This Hotel

Treehouse Hotel Manchester sits on Blackfriars Street in the city centre. The four star property presents a clean, contemporary design and a welcoming atmosphere that suits both work trips and leisure city breaks. The lobby is bright and orderly, hinting at efficient service and a calm base after a day in the city. Guests who travel for business will appreciate the practical layout, while couples and families will find a comfortable room to unwind at the end of the day. The location itself is straightforward for getting around, and the building’s modern exterior signals a reliable, high standard stay. Outside the hotel the street is part of a busy urban fabric, offering a sense of place in Manchester. Inside, the space is designed to feel open and uncluttered, with generous light and simple lines that help guests relax. The property emphasizes connectivity, and WiFi is available in some hotel rooms free of charge, making it easy to work or stream while onsite. This is a practical choice for digital nomads, early risers and guests who value a hassle free stay. Wellness and leisure are supported by a fitness centre, so guests can keep up their routines without leaving the building. The hotel also hints at spaces for socializing and entertainment through its photography and facility notes, including meeting or conference room options for seminars or client meetings. While the data does not mention an outdoor pool or beach, the fitness and social spaces make for an active stay in a city centre setting. Rooms are presented as comfortable and versatile, with a focus on practical comfort. Photos show beds that are the visual anchor of the guest spaces, complemented by seating areas and wardrobes. Many rooms appear to offer a dedicated space for work or relaxation with a TV and multimedia setup, and you will also find coffee or tea facilities to start the day. Bathrooms are included in the layout, and the overall impression is one of modern convenience rather than ornate luxury. The absence of renovation notes in the data means rooms are described primarily by their everyday, welcoming character. Food and drink are part of the everyday stay, with on site dining options suggested by the imagery. A restaurant or places to eat appears among the hotel materials, and breakfast is highlighted in photo tags, signaling a range of morning options. Guests can expect a varied informal dining scene that fits both a quick bite before a meeting and a relaxed dinner after a day exploring the city. The presence of coffee and tea facilities in rooms adds to the sense of everyday comfort you need on a city break. Families are welcome at this hotel, with clear guidelines around children and bedding. The policy clarifies that the hotel accepts children of any age, and that the maximum number of guests per room is four. There is no capacity for extra beds, and the number of cots and extra beds is limited and subject to availability. For younger guests one cot can be provided at no charge, and up to three children aged up to 11 can stay free when using existing beds. For older children additional charges may apply. The minimum check in age is 18, and the property notes that residents who book more than nine rooms may face different terms. Pets are allowed with possible charges, and WiFi remains free in eligible rooms. Who is this hotel ideal for? It suits urban explorers seeking reliable four star comfort and efficient service. It works well for families looking for a flexible bed and breakfast style stay with room for kids in existing beds. It is also a good option for business travellers who want on site meeting facilities and a fitness centre to stay in shape during a busy trip. In short, if you value a clean, well located property with clear policies, good WiFi, friendly service and a straightforward stay in Manchester, this hotel should be on your shortlist.
