This property is awesome. There is nothing I can complain about. Staff is very friendly and try to accommodate any need. Kudos to chef/s, even though all inclusive is not something we prefer, this resort changed our view on these type of resorts. Landscaping is something needs extra mention as the gardeners doing a perfect job, you feel being in paradise. And for the entertainment crew is keeping you always busy and enjoy the events. The grounds are really beautiful, spectacular gardens, little turtles crawling around. The beach and the sea very nice. The rooms are in 2 storey villas, nice not to have a huge ugly main building towering over the resort, we were on the 1st floor and the room, though quite basic, was enough. Also liked the sports offering, I did lots of classes and this helped not to get bored in the hotel (I am usually not the all-inclusive huge hotel type, but with kids for a week this works well). The food was good (again, a bit repetitive, but mostly tasty, with good offering of meat/fish/vegetable/salads). Also enjoyed tennis courses and private lessons (please do invite the 2nd coach for the peak season! should not be so difficult - and would help to avoid frustration of being unable to book private lessons).

The things I enjoyed the most: bed with heavy blanket, was perfect for restful sleep; amazing greenery in entire territory; friendly cleaning and restaurant staff; fitness classes - multiple per day for any taste; kids facilities; nice shows, tasty food with huge choice of veggies and salads.

The staff is really great, exceptional even. Big thanks to the amazing work of the housekeeping staff! The resort as a whole is very well maintained. Everything is kept really nice, clean and tidy - clearly a lot of effort is put into this. The food is great. Plenty of room in the different pool areas and lots of watersports opportunities. Very neat part of this resort is that most guests are from western-europe, UK, Baltic and central europe countries.

Enormous all inclusive. Reserved this an hour before i checked in just to sleep for the night so I didnt see all the facilities. The room was enormous, the breakfast buffet had everything, largest buffet I have ever been at. The drive you to your room on a golf cart with a bell boy, make sure you have cash for tipping, they accept euros.

Beautiful hotel in a very green property. Lots of trees and my son loved seeing all kinds of animals when walking to and from our room. We saw cats, hedgehogs, tortoises, lizards and more. Food was great and a huge variety every night. My son loved it there and especially liked one staff member called Adem who he bonded with a couple of nights over football. There was also one life guard at the water slides that would always go the extra mile to joke around and spin him in his tube before pushing him down the slide and he loved it! He even mentioned the day after that the “good guy” wasn’t working that day so it wasn’t as fun
