The property is very conveniently placed for Bristol Airport. Lisa is an excellent host, communication was good and we were greeted on arrival. Lisa gave us directions to the local pub where we could eat and told us the best way to get to Silver Zone parking. The room was cosy and comfortable and very well equipped for an overnight stay. We would definitely stay again.

The rooms were very nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Had all facilities we required for an overnight stay and early departure to Bristol airport. Lovely pub just down the road Prince of Waterloo where we were able to walk to and have dinner on the Saturday evening.

With a garden surrounding the property and windows that look onto leafy views, the atmosphere is designed for guests who value a serene and private stay after a day of sightseeing, hiking, or family adventures. The location pairs rural charm with easy access to the city. Ashton Court is a short ride away, and the property is set well away from busy through roads letting you unwind the moment you arrive. The setting is ideal for couples, small families, and solo travelers who want a quiet escape yet still enjoy the conveniences of a nearby city. The local countryside invites morning strolls and relaxed afternoons, while Bristol cultural sites and dining options are within reach for day trips. Inside Rosemary House Accommodation there are three guest rooms, each prepared to comfortable standards. While specific renovation details are not listed, the space offers warm, inviting interiors, with beds that look well designed for a good nights sleep and seating areas that create a welcoming living room feel. Many of the guest rooms include in room features such as TV and multimedia options, and coffee and tea facilities provide a convenient start to the day. Guests will find bathrooms that are clean and practical, with the essential amenities you expect for a relaxed stay. Some imagery hints at a balcony or terrace option, offering a private outdoor area where you can enjoy morning sun or an evening breeze. Food and drinks are presented through simple amenities rather than an on site dining room. In room coffee and tea making facilities are available, supporting a flexible breakfast routine or a late night cup as you unwind. The absence of a listed restaurant means you can explore Bristol wide range of eateries in the nearby areas, or prepare light meals with the help of the hospitality basics in your room. For longer visits, the combination of a garden setting and nearby shops offers a pleasant balance between self contained comfort and the chance to explore local flavors. Rosemary House Accommodation places a clear emphasis on family friendliness and practical, affordable charm. The property can accommodate up to four guests across the three rooms, with policies that support families while keeping the stay comfortable for adults as well. Cots are not available, but the house does support one extra bed capacity and welcomes children older than two years. When you book, you should factor in the possibility of charging for extra beds and the need to confirm occupancy details so you know exactly what to expect. The policy notes that 1 child from two to sixteen years old may stay for £25 per child per night when an available extra bed is used, and that there is a maximum of one extra bed and four guests in total. WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby with no reservation needed. Pets are not allowed. The minimum age for check in is 18. There is no curfew, allowing you to come and go whenever you wish. Check in times are from 16:00 to 23:30 and check out times are from 03:00 to 10:00. Wellness and leisure at Rosemary House are rooted in the surrounding garden and peaceful ambience rather than resort style facilities. The garden space provides a natural place to pause, read, or enjoy a gentle stroll, and the sustainable ethos underpins a slower, more mindful pace of stay. The property does not present a full service spa, but the sense of calm and the rural surroundings offer an ideal backdrop for rest and recuperation. Guests can enjoy security and housekeeping services that add convenience and peace of mind during the stay, with the reassurance of full day security and a consistent level of housekeeping service. For whom is Rosemary House ideal? It suits travelers who want a practical, comfortable stay with a focus on sustainability and garden space. It is perfect for couples seeking a quiet countryside break and families looking for a simple base with room to breathe. It is also well suited to visitors who want to combine outdoor time in the Chew Valley with easy access to the city of Bristol. The friendly service, steady housekeeping, and full day security contribute to a safe, dependable stay that earns repeat visits from guests who value steadiness over flash luxury.
