Convenient for convention and city

The staff in the Lounge were amazing and looked after us so well. Thank you all

Joan 9.0

Room was lovely but preferred the one on the opposite side of the corridor with the view of Festival Hall. Had a disconcerting episode when the waiter rushed over in the middle of breakfast to ask us to sign and pay for our breakfast. Most bizarre. We had given our room number on entering the dining room and were shown to our table.

Ed 9.0

Extensive spa area, nice rooms, great bar with a good buzz, and great location

Gudrun 9.0

Great hotel. Excellent location.

Alistair 8.0

Great location and lovely room, we would certainly stay again.

The room was very nice and spacious, bed very comfortable. the lighting took a bit of getting used to, but got there in the end. The only criticism in the room was that the control panel for the heating/air conditioning was in a shaded corner and difficult to see. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of items to choose from. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent service - staff was really friendly and welcoming. Great location. Amazing view of Usher Hall and Edinburgh castle through the window. Room was spacious, nice and clean.

I have always liked the Sheraton and stayed there as my meeting was at the EICC - you can walk there and park at the Sheraton. I booked well in advance so it was reasonable value for money given that it is central Edinburgh. Room just starting to look a bit old fashioned/tired.

Clean rooms had plenty of room staff were helpful

Daniela 10.0

Everything! The Bedroom was amazing, super comfy bed and pillows, toiletries and accessories. Staff was professional and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean. Drinks and canapés in the lounge was definitely a selling point and a very much needed pit stop between sightseeing and dinner.

Michael 10.0

Lovely staff, comfortable, close to castle as in walking distance. Lovely cafe just up the road called Black Sheep.

Christine 10.0

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and very efficient, the room was comfortable and the customer service we experienced was exceptional.

Lisa 8.0

This hotel is ideally situated in the city centre. A short walk to the Royal mile and the castle. Beautiful and clean. Nice touch to have ‘night lights’ for those late night visits to the bathroom. Check in process was simple and friendly. As was check out. We didn’t make use of the restaurant or Spa.

Susan 10.0

Well appointed rooms with very comfy beds, attractive bathroom design and great castle views. Polite and helpful staff.
