Studio 22 Lower Road Beeston

Location was excellent for my needs. Host was helpful and communicative throughout the check-in process and the room and bathroom was spotless. Downstairs kitchen/living area was a pleasant surprise.

Clean and everything worked. Milk in the fridge was a nice touch.

Very comfy room and very clean!

Overall, it was in good condition for the price, it was neat and clean, the first night there was a lot of noise from the neighbors that prevented me from sleeping, which had nothing to do with the property complex, and it was next to a residential house, overall it was very good

The access to the property is via a bus/tram line which insures a fine (PCN), each time I drove down that road, I insured a fixed penalty notice, 5 days, 5 fines at £75 each. even with the 50% discount, its still £35 fine per day of driving down the street. This was not explicicity made clear on the booking and it was only when I left, I received all the fixed penalty notices.

Good location and pretty much everything you could need in the room apart from a television.

Really good location if you need to be near the uni, and great value for money.

The wee snacks ..milk etc left for us on arrival Also the kitchen area

The property was clean and the hosts left fresh milk, tea, coffee and biscuits so it was great for a short stay, with easy parking outside at weekend and access to tram and university facilities. Staff were very helpful regarding mislaid items.

Next to tram stop. Walking distance to university and Highfields sports centre. Parking available overnight and weekends

Clean and tidy

Accommodation nice and clean, with a welcoming simple and stylish decor and everything in good condition. There's an easy check-in with lockbox code, and the location is perfect for visiting the University of Nottingham.

The room is good value for a short stay, just need somewhere to sleep.

If staying on week days offer a parking permit.
