Stunning. Every detail was impressive. The room was amazing, the restaurant excellent, and the rooftop terrace was unreal. All of the activities we booked through the hotel travel assistant were great, too. All transport vehicles were on time and guides were interesting and professional. All in all, amazing stay and I’d highly recommend it.

Our stay at Sultan Cave Suites was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The entire team is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help - truly outstanding service. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The location is also perfect - just a few steps from the center of Göreme, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We would definitely love to come back!

The food was great, everything from breakfast (both at Kings Valley Farm and at Sultan Cave Suites) to dinner at the onsite restaurant Seten. We loved the little nook terraces were we can hang out with friends to enjoy a bottle of wine with a fantastic view of the valley. Overall a wonderful experience.

It's a great hotel, this is what's called Cave hotel comparing with other "cave hotels". And for breakfast we got to choose from regular buffet or a farm experience, which brought us to a farm for the breakfast, also like a half day tour.

Nickole 10.0

Everything at the hotel was great. The food was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and view from the hotel was beautiful.

Vladimir 10.0

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were checked in earlier than the official time and were even invited to enjoy breakfast without any extra charges. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and they assisted us with organizing excursions and the airport transfer. The hotel is located at the highest point, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. The restaurant is fantastic, and the breakfasts were varied and absolutely delicious. Overall, highly recommended!

About This Hotel

Set high on Aydinli Hill, Sultan Cave Suites offers a stay that feels like a small adventure inside a living museum. The cave rooms are furnished with antiques collected from across Turkey, and each room carries a personality you can feel the moment you step inside. From the panoramic sun terrace, Goreme unfolds with wide, inviting views that define your stay. Inside, guests discover a sense of heritage paired with everyday comfort. The cave rooms are designed to enhance restful sleep while surrounding you with period pieces and timeless charm. The layout preserves the natural sheltering mood of a cavern while offering modern touches that make overnight stays relaxing rather than rustic. The attention to detail is evident in the curated antiques and the way a private space feels both intimate and expansive when viewed from the doorway. The hotel sits on Aydinli Hill, a vantage point that gifts wide views of Goreme and the surrounding natural landscape. The region is famous for its dramatic scenery and offers a sense of scale that makes day trips feel special. Beyond the terrace, narrow streets of the old town wind away toward rock cut churches and quiet courtyards, inviting leisurely strolls after a day of exploration. Being inland, the guest experience centers on terrace life and hillside panorama rather than water based leisure. The property emphasizes outdoor spaces where guests can soak in the light, the breeze, and the ever changing colors of the landscape as day becomes evening. Food and beverage options are a highlight. Breakfast is available and there are on site dining spaces for meals with a view. The photos in the gallery show restaurant and dining areas, suggesting that guests can enjoy a meal while taking in the surrounding scenery. The presence of a lounge or bar is also suggested by the visual catalog, offering a comfortable spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. A sense of conviviality comes from these well placed dining areas and social spaces that feel part of the landscape itself. Families will find a welcoming atmosphere with flexible policies. The hotel accepts children of any age and sets a maximum occupancy of four guests per room. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability, with one cot and one extra bed permitted per room. A child up to two years old can stay for free when using a cot, and children six years and older are charged as adults when an extra bed is used. The practical policy framework continues with a maximum of one extra bed and one cot per room, ensuring comfortable configurations for small groups. On site, free public parking is available and WiFi is offered in all areas at no additional charge. Pets are not allowed, which helps keep the historic ambiance intact for guests with sensitive noses or strong cleanliness expectations. For guests seeking convenience, practical details are clear. Check in begins at 14 00 and check out is by 11 00, with no age restriction for check in. The hotel offers a straightforward approach to arrivals and departures, allowing guests to come and go as needed without fuss. These touches, combined with the visual drama of the Goreme valley and the antique filled interiors, create a balanced stay that feels both authentic and comfortable. Relaxation and entertainment opportunities are woven into the experience through multiple vantage points around the property. The panorama from the sun terrace is ideal for sunrise rituals or golden hour photography, and the presence of lounge spaces and dining areas suggests opportunities to unwind with a drink or a meal while enjoying garden and landscape views. The curated interiors, paired with strategic seating around terraces and courtyards, invite guests to linger and absorb the atmosphere rather than rushing to the next landmark. Who is Sultan Cave Suites ideal for? This is a place for travelers who crave a distinctive, narrative driven stay. It appeals to couples seeking a romantic retreat with a strong sense of place, thanks to antique furnished caves and sweeping Goreme vistas. It is equally suitable for families who value space and flexibility, as reflected in the occupancy rules and cot and bed policies. And it attracts curious explorers who want to stay somewhere that feels characterful and rooted in Turkish heritage, with easy access to Goreme’s hillside setting and surrounding landscapes. If you treasure a memorable, photo friendly environment that blends history with comfortable living, Sultan Cave Suites offers a compelling, immersive experience.
