Guest Reviews
Really comfy bed and hot shower that worked well. Nice touch to have biscuits, tea, coffee and hot chocolate by the bed. Lovely central spot for the wintergardens too.
It was a clean, welcoming and safe place to stay while we visited Blackpool with my two young daughters. We felt very comfortable during our two night stay and the location was ideal both for visiting all Blackpools main attractions and being a base for attending a local dance competition. Would recommend staying here if you have a family as the host is very strict about noise levels after 10pm and being a safe environment.
Room was clean and warm.Plenty hot water,a great shower. There was a small fridge, iron and board if needed. Two bottles of water ,tea ,coffee, hot chocolate and milk topped up daily.Great location for all Blackpool has to offer.Lovely places to eat and drink.

room and location
A lovely host, Shrikant called me at 1PM to let me know I could check in early. The room was perfect for myself and my 4 year old, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The mini fridge was great addition, and everything else needed was there. I was surprised how close to Blackpool Tower we were, it was literally around the corner! Perfect location.
Friendly staff and fridge in room.. plenty coffee hot chocolate etc and bottles of water
Brilliant location, great value. Decent sized room. Friendly staff
Pleasantly surprised at value for money. Spacious room, spotlessly clean, excellent location, parking 1 minute walk away, no noise heard from other guests at all while in the Hotel. I would have given a 10/10 but there was one issue, but was quickly resolved by the manager. Thank you.
The room was very cosy and everything you need for your stay. We will definitely return.
Great location for the town centre and the purpose of our trip. Staff were friendly and great with my toddler - even showing her around and up to the room and giving her the option of a bunk bed or single bed due to vacancies at the hotel. The room was pleasantly clean and fresh.
