The location was just right for the city centre. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean , shared bathroom was the only let down , but not really a problem. Tv signal in room was poor, but not really there to watch tv in the room. The discounted breakfast for staying guests was excellent, would use again.

Thierry 9.0

For the price I paid hotel was great. I had previously stayed in cheap hotels in citiies and expected traffic noise, noise from the bar, poorly maintained hotel... This was not the case at all. My room was quiet, and I slept very well. My room looked good and freshly decorated enough. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for me as I arrived by train at Piccadilly station and attended concert at O2 arena. Hotel is located halfway between these two locations.
