You could have anything you wanted for breakfast. It was exceptional

Breakfast was just what I asked for. Location was just what I needed. Host was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. I had all the space I needed to complete a project I brought with me. Very peaceful place.

Every morning, Peter would ask us what we would like for the next day, and would get anything we wanted. On both mornings we had his cooked breakfast which was absolutely brilliant both days. We also had our own breakfast room outside our suite(we were in the garden suite) separate from our suite. Peter was a really nice guy, always willing to have a chat, ask you how your room is and answer any questions we had. He also gives you a discount at the local pub, which was very nice as well.

Peter asked us what we'd like for breakfast and he gave us exactly what we asked for which was just perfect.

The Bollinger suite is exceptional in proportion, furnishing and comfort.

Peter provides a bespoke service. The rooms in the suite were lovely, so original and very clean. Very comfy bed and such a beautiful private space. This is something you would never find in a hotel. The breakfasts were amazing and you just pick exactly what you want for breakfast. Such a nice touch that Peter just insisted we had a complimentary glass of wine when we arrived- really lovely touch after a long, tiring journey. Also complimentary tea, coffee, chilled water and sherry in the room with fresh milk provided as and when you need it. Beds were super comfy and bathroom was spotlessly clean.

From the moment we arrived. Peter made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was luxurious and cosy. A great find.

Peter was an amazing host, very welcoming. Room was clean, cosy and we absolutely loved the interior design. The garden was lovely too. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely book again.

Peter is an amazing host superb hospitality in the most beautiful accommodation you would ever find. We had candles at breakfast with great food just like a five star restaurant. The rooms are great also a bedroom and a lounge and we were greeted with a glass of wine. Fantastic for a special occasion.

Peter is an exceptional host and second to none. When he states bespoke, the Lodge exceeds any expectations and I am hard to please. This is by far the best experience of a b+b I have ever had. Personally I cannot class the Lodge as a b+b but an experience.

Lovely breakfast - very comfortable stay. Also good local eating recommendations (and discount!).
