Very good stay again
staff were great. ideal location, in same street as York opera theatre.
Location was great, right on the waterfront and in the city centre (lovely view from the window!) The staff were super helpful especially Alex at the bar. I had a slight problem with the shower on the first night but the boys at the bar immediately sorted it out for me which was great! The music was a bit louder than expected (the listing warned about this so can’t complain) but nothing my noise cancelling headphones couldn’t handle so I managed to sleep just fine anyways. The room was had everything I needed, nice and cozy. And the pub below and along the street were also lovely and convenient!
The location
The location was great. All staff were very helpful and friendly
We liked The Hotel also the Location .The staff were very helpful and professional..we liked the outside Area the breakfast was good and we enjoy having a few drinks outside near the River.
Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is in the PERFECT location. 15 mins from the station, 5 min walk from The Shambles, etc. Everything was within a 15 min walk or even just next door (the dungeons). The bed was comfortable. We had no trouble sleeping at all for the 4 nights we stayed. The discount on drinks and food was helpful, and we couldn't believe they had Irn Bru on tap. It was so nice! I'd 100% rebook in the future
Amazing location and good value especially with the food and drink discount
lovely property! view of the river and have everything a walk away, staff are so lovely too :)
