Everything was great my only complaint was hearing set for certain times so in the morning in a large drafty old room it was very cold , morning heating on would have made it more comfortable, every thing else was lovely thanks :)

Staff were super helpful, very close to the venue (the reason we travelled to Birmingham to stay) Ollie in particular was very accommodating and exceeded any expectation we had. The Pub itself is very welcoming and looks the part of the oldest Pub in Birmingham, in all the best ways.

I liked the fact that is above a pub - that was really interesting! The first floor (were the rooms are) is like a labyrinth! The pub is indeed nice, and staff very friendly. There is a 24 hours entrance in case the pub is closed (they close at 11 pm). The room is huge, the bed linen was clean and the bed is comfy! We booked the room with private bathroom. It is 15 minutes by foot from city center.

This is a great pub very well located for the O2 Academy. I wasn't there for the pub itself but it is a great drinking venue with a terrific atmosphere.

Lovely room great building full of character, lively bar, decent tv, food looked great, good location with a 24/7 shop next door, excellent staff really helpful on arrival and made us feel really welcome, would highly recommend!

The room was gorgeous, the exposed wooden beams were very cosy feeling. Bed and covers were nice, plenty of storage space. Having the pub downstairs was nice for a chilled out drink before heading to bed. Also, even with a pub downstairs, the rooms were quiet and almost soundproof so there was no noise pollution keeping us awake.

The history of the building. The beds were very comfy room was a bit on the chilly side did inform staff who did put heating on. The bar had reasonable priced drinks. Place was a 20min walk to Birmingham centre
