We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and enough for 2A2C. The host was friendly and kindly left bottle water and milk in the fridge which was ideal for my little girls. Parking was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do.

We stayed at the Valencia in a family room and had a really pleasant experience. Although we were given the option to swap rooms due to the number of adults in our group, the family room worked absolutely fine for us, so we were happy to keep it. The standout feature of the room was definitely the bathtub — a lovely bonus and very welcome after a long day out. A particularly nice touch was the piano music being played during the afternoon by the person running the hotel, which created a warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. The price was also very good, especially for what we got, and overall the room was comfortable and suited our needs well. We enjoyed our stay and would happily consider staying here again.

Parking right outside the front of the hotel and included in the price. The matttesses were comfortable and the room was warm and clean. We were greeted by the host with a smiling face who offered to help with our bags, showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. There were extra teas:coffees/water/toilet rolls etc on the landing to help yourself if needed. Tv with Netflix etc and good wifi

Amazing little hotel, Hamish the owner is a proper star, he upgraded one of our rooms with not having a full hotel. We had a issue with a broken tv. They tried to fix it but replaced it within a few hours. Didn't have to worry about a thing. Would definitely recommend to anyone .

Jake 10.0

Managed to park outside the hotel. Lovely warm welcome at check in and really nice touch having bottled water, fresh milk and our favourite Yorkshire tea in the room! It was also nice being able to grab any additional items just outside the room. The bed was comfy and we had a brilliant stay - excellent location for the Winter Gardens. We would 100% head back here if we come back to Blackpool.

About This Hotel

Valencia sits in the heart of Blackpool, offering practical, uncomplicated comfort for travelers who want to be close to the action. Park Road places you within easy reach of the town’s most popular beaches and seafront attractions, while still tucked into a quiet street where you can unwind after a day of exploring. The property provides free WiFi for all guests and free private parking on site, a combination that is increasingly rare in busy coastal towns. The welcome is straightforward yet genuine, and the location is what most guests are after when they choose a central Blackpool base. Location and surroundings matter here. Valencia is positioned to let you step out and immerse yourself in the city’s pace without long rides. A 13 minute walk can take you to Blackpool Central Beach, while Coral Island sits about 0.4 miles away. North Pier is within a short stroll, and Blackpool Pleasure Beach is a little farther afield at roughly 1.9 miles. The area around the guest house is rich with sights, including the Winter Gardens Conference Centre, Blackpool Winter Gardens Theatre, and Blackpool Tower, all of which are within easy reach for guests who want a packed schedule or simply a scenic wander after dinner. The address on Park Road anchors you in a convenient, walkable part of town, where it is easy to hop between seaside fun and city amenities. Beach and pool experience are central to a Blackpool city break, and Valencia makes the beach a straightforward part of your day. The listing emphasizes proximity to the seafront, so you can easily enjoy sun, sand, and sea with minimal planning. There is no on site pool listed, so if a hotel pool is a priority you may want to consider different options. What Valencia does offer is direct access to the coast and to Blackpool’s vibrant promenade, where you can relish sea breezes, take a stroll along the shore, or share a family day by the water. In warmer months a walk to the beach becomes a highlight of daily routines, and the surrounding area provides a variety of seaside ambiance without a long commute. Rooms here are designed for uncomplicated comfort. Each unit includes practical in room amenities such as a fridge and kettle, making it easy to prepare drinks or light snacks. A wardrobe provides space for clothes and luggage, while a flat screen TV offers entertainment after a busy day of sightseeing. The en suite bathrooms are a standard feature across rooms, delivering the convenience of your own space to refresh before heading out again. While the listing does not detail every renovation, the combination of essential furnishings and clear, modern basics contributes to a sense of tidy, reliable accommodation in a busy town. Food and beverage options are not described as on site, so guests should plan accordingly. The presence of a fridge and kettle in the rooms hints at the possibility of simple in room refreshments, while nearby Blackpool eateries and cafés are typically plentiful in the central district. Valencia’s strength lies in its location rather than a full service dining program, offering a convenient base for guests who want to spend more time sightseeing and less time worrying about meals. Family friendliness and activities are clear selling points. The policies show that children of any age are welcome, which makes Valencia a flexible option for families and groups. The maximum occupancy is four guests, and there is no capacity for extra beds or cots. Check in is from 3 pm to 10 pm, with check out between 8 am and 11 am, which helps guests coordinate travel plans. Complimentary WiFi keeps everyone connected, and the on site private parking is provided at no extra charge, with no reservation needed. Pets are not allowed, which can be a consideration for travelers with four legged friends. Relaxation, wellness, and entertainment are enhanced by the hotel’s surroundings. Being close to Blackpool’s central sights means you can combine short trips with longer evenings. The nearby Winter Gardens venues offer cultural and social experiences, while the tower and theatre sparkle as focal points for evenings out. If you are seeking a practical base for a family break, a couples retreat, or a solo exploration of the North West coast, Valencia provides a dependable home base with a strong sense of place in one of England’s most iconic seaside towns. Who is Valencia ideal for? It suits guests who want a central Blackpool location with easy access to the beach and key attractions, while keeping daily costs reasonable. It is well matched to families or groups who value practical rooms, on site parking, and reliable WiFi. It also serves travelers who prefer walking to many sights and prioritize convenience over resort style facilities. If you want a straightforward, friendly stay in a lively coastal town, Valencia on Park Road offers a solid choice that blends location, affordability, and comfort with minimal fuss.
