Very nice and kind staff, the location is very good. You can see the balloons from the rooftop, having breakfast outside with the view is perfect

I can definitely recommend Virtus! Ali from the reception is amazing, super helpful, well-informed and knowledgeable. He also helped us book the balloon ride (which was amaziiiiing, btw!!). The hotel is located in the centre of Goreme, at a 2-min walk from all the restaurants, bars, stores, ATMs, etc. Has everything you need, but the best part is the rooftop terrace, where you have breakfast and can watch the spectacular "show" of all the balloons rising up in the sky (you need to get up at 6:30 AM to see them, but it's totally worth it!!!).

Best location, in the middle of the city. With a rooftop higher than every other hotel around. Baloons everywhere seen from the rooftop terrace. Ali, the gentleman at the reception was amazing as well, I really appreciated his excellent service. Was here with my wife and 1 year 5 months old daughter. Perfect vacation!

It was a really good location to view the balloons. The breakfast provided was exceptional, and they were really accommodating with our time of departure.

Really nice and cosy hotel with a stunning terrace overlooking the city and hot air balloons. Tasty Turkish breakfast, great location near viewpoints. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

First and foremost the staff was very professional and welcoming. They helped us booking balloon ride in best prices . Hotel is very clean and location is superb. Breakfast had very healthy options. Location wise it’s in prime area for balloon sights and pictography.

It was in a very good location, we could see the balloons perfectly from the rooftop, the staff was kind, helpful, funny, the room was clean and well equipped.
