The location is great. The room (120) was really nice for a family with 2 young kids, including a small play area. The staff is very nice.

Meliá London Kensington is a very nice borderline 5* Hotel (even if classified as 4* which would be the best 4* I have ever been). To reach 5* status some things need to be done. The reception and stuff are top-level, rooms are nice and amendments very good. Bedding is very comfortable.

Thr hotel's location is excelente, in a very beautiful and pleasant area to walk around. All the staff were very friendly,approachable and efficient helping us to have a very pleasant stay in London. A very special point was the hotel restaurant (Hispania Restaurant) which served an excellent breakfast every day and was fantastic when we dined there.

Excellent location. Room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. Little perks like daily biscuits were a nice touch! Nice selection at breakfast. Staff was very kind and attentive.

Good location next to Gloucester tube station ( just 2 mins walk) with direct connection to Heathrow (Piccadilly line). Good buffet breakfast with some spanish flavours. When finally got the room we booked, it was clean, spacious, quiet and includes all the services, we needed ( e.g. fridge). WiFi OK Special thanks to very helpful repectionist ( Ms Laila) helping us to get the room we were satisfied ( room we expected to get when booking made)

The location couldn't have been better. For my conference at Imperial College, it was just a quick, easy walk. Having Hyde Park within reach was lovely for a break. The area around the hotel was fantastic too. Plenty of restaurants, cozy cafes, and even grocery stores were right on the same road, so we never had to go far for anything. The hotel was clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and really helpful.
