We liked that the rooms were not close together. We booked Citadines specifically because it was close to the theatre we were visiting on saturday evening so it meant our dogs were close by. The cleaning operative on Sunday morning was really nice and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

I had a high floor as requested and was a lovely big room. Appreciated getting biscuits on the tea tray! Loved that could have free coffees in the reception area. Staff were great, looked after my bag while I attended a matinee before heading home.
