Lovely host! The breakfast were delicious! A really warm house.

The host and his hospitality, the location and the foxes! It was a nice and quiet neighbourhood, and still close enough for a walk to Brixton underground station or bus stops. You share the accommodation with the host himself, which is an absolute plus because he is such a sweet and interesting gentlemen called Sean. We had a room for ourself with a large sofa bed to sleep in, the breakfast was really tasty, the bathroom was super clean with a very comfortable bath and nicely hot water. We absolutely loved every moment of being there. Thank you so much Sean!

Fabulous, welcoming host, and great place. Excellent experience! Clean, warm, spacious, quiet, good location close to tube and bus services, with amenities like shops and pub nearby. Great communication from the host via booking.com messaging service while booking and the run up to the stay for check/in time, the host is very reliable, friendly, communicative, and cares about his guests. Highly recommended!

Colourful, cosy room with a friendly host in a great location. Sean is lovely and accommodating and the flat is quirky and cool. Peaceful location with free parking at weekends but only a stones throw away from Brixton. Ideal!

Staying with Sean at this location was an absolute delight. It was situated only 5 mins from where I was working, with shops only a stone's throw away. I had a fantastic visit and was very happy staying with Sean, who was a considerate host - and a very interesting and easy to get on with person. The property was clean and very warmly decorated in lovely colours. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting this part of London. It was an extremely lucky chance find for me.

Sean was friendly to us and very kind. He told us where to go and what to see. Upon arrival, Sean waited for us, showed us everything and made us tea, although he had to go to work. The room is very comfortable and very stylish. In the evening, Sean turned on the lamps, the fireplace and drew the curtains for us, and in the morning he made a very tasty breakfast and talked with us for several hours. I was very pleased to meet and visit such a friendly host. The location is excellent, the owner is super and I sincerely recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Sean is such a nice guy, he was available for every need, his care and attention while preparing and serving our huge breakfast was so kind! even sleeping on the couch we felt really home with him - just like the name he has given ta the accommodation. Sean ist an extremely friendly and welcoming person. He invites you into his home - he will personally prepare breakfast. I enjoyed our good conversations and my stay couldn´t have been better. I can only recommend his place, I´ve never been welcomed more friendly.
