Location was perfect, right there on the border with Hyde park. I stayed two nights on a weekend there. I could walk to Buckingham palace (40 min walk). Some nice pubs in the area. Great breakfast.

Location was brilliant. A short distance from paddington station and underground. Neighbourhood is really nice. Stayed in a basement room. Twin beds. Hotel a little tired but Very comfortable, clean and Very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I booked this for my elderly aunt who needed a central location in the tube strike - less than 5 minutes from Paddington but in a quiet street. Lovely clean hotel. The man on reception was incredibly helpful, kind and a lovely sense of humour. It was a good sized single room with space for luggage and a a big single (or small double? maybe "Queen" sized) bed which my aunt appreciated
