Excellent location in a quiet side street but close to the high street and the tube.Room was well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Great location if you are visiting Kew Gardens.

Nice boutique styled hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a slight issue with the TV but the room was well designed and functional. There was a cooking hob, cutlery, a microwave and fridge inn the room

The room styling is beautiful and we loved the space. We were lucky to get upgraded to a larger room as well. It was a beautiful hotel and great location from the tube stop. Nice quiet neighbourhood to explore with lots of food options nearby.

We loved the interior design of the hotel and room. We were given a free upgrade to a suite for no apparent reason which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. We were also allowed to check in slightly earlier which really helped us out.
