Very easy to get there (specially from St Pancras - King Cross) and move to downtown. Nice safe location. Clean rooms, common spaces, toilets and showers. Soap and toilet paper always available in the shared toilet and showers. We had a room with shared toilet & Shower and it was warm, cosy and with a sink. Very kind and helpful staff.

Perfect stay - staff so lovely and accommodating, and the room was great! Lots of facilities and great location, and everyone I met there was lovely too - testament to the nice, calm atmosphere at Pax Lodge.

😊 Four visits later, Pax Lodge remains my top London choice! The welcoming atmosphere and helpful reception staff keep me coming back. I always opt for the three-bed dorms, as meeting other guests is part of the charm, and spotting returning faces adds to the friendly atmosphere. I love the Hampstead Heath location and useful features like bag storage.

Very clean, safe and friendly. Great location

Anja 9.0

Lovely hostel, in a superb location, 1 min from a bus stop and about 8min walk from underground. Very friendly reception,a nd spick and span clean rooms and common rooms. Don't think I ever slept in a hostel that was so clean and tidy. Our dorm only had three beds, so it was cosy and quiet, with a window that opens and a wash basin and some practical storage space, bedside lamps and plugs near the bed to charge devices. Super clean, you are even given towels, and lovely clean bed linen. It was excellent value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

Was a little hesitant as first time staying in a hostel but stay was great. Location 10mins from tube, early check in 2pm, safe facility friendly and very welcoming. Basic but clean with tea/coffee facilities in room with en-suite and comfortable beds. Would recommend and come again thank you

Good value for the money. Good location (only about a 15 minute subway ride from Central London). Clean. Quiet.

I liked the beds which were ordinary beds with sink in the room. I was happy using the lift, which helps me getting around with my spinal problems. The outside tables, chairs and ambarellas were so good, one could eat their food outside, with the kitchen door open.

The location was fantastic. Parking in London with a large van can be difficult, so Pax Lodge was perfect — plenty of parking available! I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and I would definitely visit again.

The lodge is within walking distance from the train station, has welcoming staff, and provides a fan, which is especially useful in the warm weather.
