Guest Reviews
The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location and breakfast were excellent. A special commendation goes to Carmen, the restaurant manager, for her outstanding service, which included an exceptional afternoon tea experience.
Breakfast was good. Lots of choice, and good service from the staff. The architecture and interior design of the hotel was historic, interesting and delightful to see.
Good location
The location was perfect. Staff attentive. Air conditioning was not working.
Excellent location, close to both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. Friendly staff and a good cooked breakfast.
Cleanness Helpful staff Good breakfast
This was our second stay in this hotel, and the positives were the same as the first time: fantastic location near two underground stations, delicious breakfast, beautiful interior in the common areas. I especially wish to recognize all the people working in the breakfast area, as the hotel was full of guests, and there were just a few of them taking care of all the guests, managing tables, making sure there is enough food, and in all this, remained very kind and attentive to every guest.
Location is excellent. Perfect for sightseeing.
Lovely old building with a beautiful staircase, lounge and ceilings.
