Extremely friendly staff, great location, clean rooms. The single room was extremely tiny but did the job for a night. The two bed room was spacious and comfortable. Would return.

Excellent location, across from Kensington Gardens, steps away from Lancaster Gate Underground. Breakfast offers continental items, including 'cold protein choices'. The hotel is historical, rooms are self contained, and smallish. Front facing rooms have street noise.

I was impressed with the friendly, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of this hotel. The single room was small but adequate. Very comfortable single bed. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. Excellent location in Bayswater close to Queensway and Paddington. The price for my 2 nights was reasonable. I will be very happy to stay here again.
