Room was surprisingly large; the beds in the twin bed room (2 friends traveling) were very comfortable and wide (probably the equivalent of a "double" in the US; high ceiling so it felt roomy. The Free wi-fi, coffee, tea, water, fridge in the room--all much appreciated in an age where many hotels try to charge extra for every little thing. Lovely lobby and restaurant/bar area. Spectacular location across from 3 tube lines, including Piccadilly out to Heathrow, supermarkets right outside the door, places to grab breakfast, lunch, a Boots drugstore on the corner; and a post office across the street in case you have "overshopped" and need to mail things home! Also an easy walk to museums (V&A, Natural History) and a walk from there down Brompton Rd. to Harrods and myriad other shopping options.

I've stayed at Bailey's a few times now, so 'repeat' customer is a vote of confidence. I tend to be driving, so it's great to have a car park in central London. The location, right next to the tube station is perfect, but even the area so full of great restaurants and sights within walking distance is good. I always visit the hotel's Singapore restaurant for my Chicken Rice and Laksa fix!

The Baileys is a fantastic location, next to Gloucester tube stop. The rooms are small and a double room is two double beds, nearly wall to wall. Bathroom efficient but tiny. Breakfast is acceptable quality but staff are quite lovely
