The location, staff, facilities in room and the food at breakfast was great. Nice and hot with an excellent selection of alternative breakfast items if you dont want a full English.

4 o'clock is great. We have a lot of options for dinner; what do you like? Thai, Mediterranean, Greek, Italian, Chinese, diner, American, and Mexican are all well represented near us. We like them all, so if you have a favourite, that can help narrow it down.

Just a 5 min walk from Paddington station. I had a club double on the top floor. It was spacious. Shower was amazing. A very comfy bed. Complimentary fruit and soft drinks in a mini bar. HUGE TV in a great location, to watch from bed. Sadly I didn’t have time to use the Spa. If you love Indian food ( which I do ) the dinner is to die for !!! Great selection at Breakfast also. Better quality ingredients ( cooked items ) I’d be totally raving about this hotel.

Location was fantastic. Close to everything and a great base to head out from. Room was a lot smaller than we anticipated but that’s city living and we made it work

Love the location! It was a short walk from Paddington station, Hyde Park and some really nice restaurants and cafe. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The room was clean and cosy and we enjoyed the spa and sauna as well!

The property is in an excellent location, a 5-minute walk from Peddington tube station. Small but clean rooms. They cleaned every day. Very kind and helpful staff, especially Kazi, who was always welcoming and kind, and the other staff members like Michelle and Vlad. The breakfast was adequate, not abundant, but good quality. I highly recommend it as an excellent property.
