It was a perfect and very comfortable stay, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, the room was spacious, quiet and very clean. It were the small details that made our stay great - a small bathrobe and slippers for our son, along with a cute plush fox that he adored, the minibar that was included in the room fare, very comfortable beds and decent coffee.

The only reason I am giving these scores is for the excellent compassionate guest relations manager Shail I would like to thank him (and his Team) for making sure that I was able to get my Spa treatment he was dedicated to the cause and a shining example for the hotel. That being said the same cannot be said about Spa breaks it is such a shame that your hotel is affiliated with this company apart from the lovely Maria (who was fabulous with the massage treatments) the whole experience with this company was awful 😞

Easy to get to the O2 arena, super clean. In general, the Hilton Bankside has great standards. Loved the proximity to the borough market as well!

The stuff were very welcoming and they helped us with every question. The room was very comfortable, quite and clean. The bad was amazing and we enjoyed very much the breakfast. My fe'ncee is vegan and she found many delicious options for herself. A great place for a vacation!

Venue was clean, and roomy. Lovely size of the room. The facilities are great and the bed and venue in general was super clean. The bathroom was really nice and big and the shower was great. Felt really good.
