The staff were truly superb. Every member of staff we interacted with was polite, helpful, and considerate. The hotel is lovely, but its staff are truly added value.

First impressions of the hotel were good, lovely reception area & friendly staff, welcome drink upon arrival and lovely smell in lobby area. The bar/restaurant was very nice, lovely decor. Our rooms were nice and well appointed with toiletries, water, nespresso coffee machine. No hairdryer unfortunately. My room was on the small side and the air con wasn't working but the bed was really comfortable with good pillows. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant, plenty of choice, nice coffee and juice and a lovely place to sit and enjoy.
