This is a fab hotel. Loved the design which followed one of my fave movies. The staff are super helpful. Breakfast was lovely although my husband said some jam/marmalade would have helped. Lovely place.

We received a very warm welcome from the staff. The room exceeded our expectations. The welcome gift was a warm surprise. We felt truly welcome in this hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were a huge plus. The full set of Rituals toiletries in my favorite scent was a great surprise and a touch of luxury. The area was very peaceful and quiet at night. A very good breakfast was included in the price. I think this won't be our last visit to your hotel :) It was truly wonderful.

The hotel is very inviting from the moment you enter. The reception team in particular were amazingly helpful. The location is also good, very close to the river and the Globe and a short walk from London Bridge station.

Great location near the town centre for access to the main transport hubs. Nice cinema themed hotel with pleasant staff who upgraded us on arrival as 'Guests of the day' to a suite with a view of the Shard. Breakfast was great with loads of options, even though they didn't do many cooked items.

We booked a twin room for me and my son. It wass comfortable and quiet, though I haven't given it exceptional - it's in London and so there's always some noise, particularly with the window open. The location is ideal for London Bridge and Borough Market. Breakfast is lovely - kept us going all day :) We were also allowed to leave our bags in reception on the day of departure till 5pm, which meant we didn't have to lug them around all day. The hotel is very popular with European people as it has a very European feel to it. I didn't hear any complaints.

Staff were lovely. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready (we were offered fresh popcorn while we waited for reception to check with the housekeeping team). The room was smallish, but perfectly adequate for the two of us, and it was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was great. We would heartily recommend this hotel.

The name Ibis fills me with dread, with memories of a mortuary style bed! But Ibis Style is a whole different ball game - comfy, clean, great breakfast, super location. Loved it!
