We had a great stay. It was very convenient to commute to all the main attractions and sightseeings. The breakfast was good, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It’s a family-friendly hotel, and the value for money is very good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London!

Trying to inform bar staff of my son’s disability (autism) while ordering food, but they didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. I find staff talking in a different language to a colleague in front of me quite rude.

Great customer service from everyone. Received email about a request i made regarding a easy accessible room and reply was quick. On arrival upgraded to a room that had disabled facilities forcmy 80 year old mum who has walking difficulties.

Location was ideal for us. We went to a gig a couple of tube stops away and the hotel was very close by. We went to breakfast quite late but the food was still very fresh and hot.

Good location. Parking was £18 for 24 hours. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Nice selection of hot and cold drinks. All the components for a fried breakfast including bacon. Muffins, pancakes and pastries also available. Bed was very comfy and very clean.
