Staff were inviting and friendly. Happy to help, made us feel special. The location was fantastic, just ten mins walk from Oxford st/Marble Arch. We parked outside London and took the tube into London. They let us leave our bags in the morning as rooms not ready till 2pm. That was a great help. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable price for the area compared to other venues in the same area. Great value for money. Shops, resturants are within walking distance.
