Everything! The building looks amazing inside and beautifully furnished, the photos on here do not do it justice. Loved our room it was so luxurious and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The staff were all so kind, polite and friendly. Got some lovely complimentary birthday treats and the £25 birthday cake was worth every penny, so delicious and beautifully presented. Perfect location as you've got shops close by and two stations. Shall definitely be staying there again.

I really like location. You go out of your hotel and you are on trafalger square. The breakfast is super nice and tasty. Especially, stuff is great. I forgot my hair clip, they found it and gave me back. Super grateful for that 😊
