The hotel staff is really really helpful and friendly, always ready to help us with anything! The hotel room was also quite comfortable and the breakfast was nice and fresh. The highlight of the stay was the terrace, that had an amazing view to the city!

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the room was beautifully decorated. The property is very well-located, a few minutes walk from Goreme’s city center. Staff was also helpful.

Central location close to all amenities and places of interest were walking distance. Nice traditional decor capturing the local atmosphere. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Helped with arranging the tours and balloon experience too. Quite a spacious room and big bed size. Nice views from the terrace seating area of the whole valley and the local setting. Breakfast was nice and great to have access to the kitchen area 24hrs a day for any drinks or fast food.

A Perfect Home Away from Home in Cappadocia From the moment we arrived at Goreme Mansion, we truly felt at home. The staff are some of the kindest and most genuine people we’ve ever met always attentive to every detail and making sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, the service was impeccable, and the location couldn’t be better close to everything, yet peaceful and charming. The traditional Turkish breakfasts served each morning were absolutely delicious fresh, generous, and the perfect way to start each day in Cappadocia. They also helped us arrange activities and tours, guiding us every step of the way, making our Cappadocia experience even more unforgettable. This is also a wonderful place for families with children safe, comfortable, and welcoming. The terrace is simply magical: the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a breathtaking sunset with a panoramic view that we think is even better than Sunset Point. We are deeply grateful for the way we were treated, for the care and attention we received, and for making our stay in Cappadocia so special. We left with beautiful memories in our hearts and will definitely return. Highly, highly recommended!

This was the best hotel to stay in capadoccia! The location and the gentleman named Erdem was the best guy to arrange our tours for red and green tour and the balloon ride with an excellent discount, as well as the dervish dance at the best location. The tour that they arranged had the best tour guides who very kind and well informed. They were very considerate regarding time management. It felt like home for the 2 days we stayed there. The staff were very sweet and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and it was a true proper turkish breakfast that would cost a lot of money if we got it from outside. The place is beautiful and the terrace had the most beautiful landscapes it felt like a movie scene. Absolutely unreal. Capadoccia experience would have not been the same without them and their hospitality.

Very central location, 3 mins to the sunset view point over Göreme and also quick into town center where many restaurants etc. are located. Laid-back and not too big accomodation. Staff was very helpful about arranging tours and booking transfers. I extended one night and booked the suite for that - which was absolutely stunning, definitely worth the money.

The hospitality from Erdem, the host and from the rest of the staff is commendable. They are very kind people. The junior suite is exceptionally furnished and the hotel is located in a very convenient location in Goreme. The views from the terrace are great. You can have a perfect view of the balloons from the terrace plus the view in the night is worth it. Very happy to have booked this hotel.

Great location. Friendly staff. They helped me set up the balloon trip (WHICH WAS AMAZING!) and offered to help with other daytime options. They had a lovely rooftop to watch the town and night sky.
