It was just amazing staying here. Room was very spacious with comfortable bed. The host Fati and his wife Betty are awsome & lovely couple, will help you in everything including hotel transfer & arranging tours. They prepare fresh breakfast by themselves and serve you on your table. Location is very peaceful and close to downtown.

I loved this place. It’s within walking distance of downtown, yet the hotel is very quiet, which makes it perfect if you’re looking for peace and relaxation. The rooms are very large, clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The staff is incredibly friendly, always attentive and ready to give recommendations or suggest city tours if you need them. The breakfast was spectacular!! Everything was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely come back to this place, it truly exceeded my expectations!

Hospitality

Fatih and Betul are incredibly kind and attentive hosts. Their home is lovely, and they truly go above and beyond to make guests feel cared for. Breakfast is freshly prepared once you’re ready to eat and always served hot, along with a generous spread of bread, pastries, cheese, and jams, plus free-flowing juice and coffee. We initially booked only one night just to try the place out, and quickly realized how comfortable and welcoming it was. Although the room was no longer available, Fatih made special arrangements so we could extend our stay — and we ended up staying for five nights in this warm, homey place. They also provide free room cleaning and change of sheets and towels, which was a thoughtful touch. The property is located in a quiet area, away from noisy bars, yet still within a few minutes’ walk to the town centre — the perfect balance for a peaceful stay. On our check-out day, we had an early morning photoshoot and missed breakfast by a few minutes, but Betul was still so kind to prepare and serve us breakfast, telling us not to worry and take our time. Fatih also graciously offered us a late check-out and even drove us to the bus station. Such a lovely couple — we truly appreciated their warm hospitality!

We loved this family run small hotel. Fatih and his wife, and her father, provided a warm welcome on arrival and this continued throughout our 5 night stay. Our bedroom was spacious, very clean and was cosy warm on behalf of the underfloor heating. Breakfast was extremely nice, with a huge range of items. Omelette and hot chips and sausage were provided, along with olives, cheeses, ham, tomatoes, cucumber and many more items. Fatih arranged a balloon ride for the two us at a reasonable price. He also arranged a hire car and gave us loads of information on hikes and places worth visiting. Overall we highly recommend this hotel, and will be telling all our friends back in the UK about it.

The breakfast was very elaborate and delicious. Good cleanliness and location, between the town and the valleys (both walkable in <10mins). You can watch the balloons from the rooftop terrace. The hosts (Fathi and Betül) were fantastic: very welcoming and went out of their way to inform us and arrange activities/transport.

Mehmet and his beautiful wife are why you stay at Yellow House. They take care of you. Offer suggestions to make your time in Cappadocia fantastic. And they arranged everything for us.

Great place, everything was very nice!! Comfortable bed, good shower, quiet. Just 5 minutes walking from the centre of Göreme. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Furthermore a very good breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay!!!

It was just amazing staying here. Felt like home. The staff is awsome, everytime there to help, every morning they are awake preparing the breakfast. 5 minutes away from the downtown and we had a beautiful landscape for the baloons over the city.

We weren't guests in Yellow Stone House, but family: every morning the delicious breakfast prepared with care, taste and love , was a great moment to socialize with the hosts and the other guests. Always smiling , our hosts will be in the top of our memories in Kapadokya! Thank you guys! Fairy chimneys, balloons, hiking, underground cities, turkish meals & hospitality , all building a great stay. The time gap we've choose was perfect!
