Lovely place. Clean and spacious

A warm welcome from Iildes - she was efficient checking us in, then a Turkish coffee and pastries to see how else to be of service. The hotel is pretty stone house in a fabulous location, on the flat and just off the buzzing main street. It is perfect for falling out of bed, wrapping in a blanket and onto terrace for sunrise and the hot air balloons. Magical. Breakfast is exceptional... buffet of local cheese, meats, fruit and omlettes are cooked to order.

Room, stuff, location

Excellent location! Surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, and cafes! The street is very busy because it's a popular street for the viewpoint. The hotel is very comfortable. The room was very spacious, cave-style, and rustic. The beds were very comfortable, although the room was cold; the comforters were delicious (very warm). The reception staff were beautiful and attentive! The breakfast was delicious, homemade, abundant, and varied. It was served on the covered terrace on the third floor.

Hospitality: felt welcome through our stay. Very helpful in every aspect. Family feel. Breakfast: homemade everything. Simple but very delicious breakfast to fuel our day. The lady of the house is very lovely, helpful and warm. Location: near to everything, and very near to the bsloon viewing point.

I recently stayed at Mustafa Bey Konağı (Cappadocia, Turkey), and I can sincerely say that it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The hotel environment was extremely clean, peaceful, and beautiful. The staff was very polite, respectful, and helpful — and above all, meeting the owner was truly heartwarming. Such respect, hospitality, and sincerity are rare to find in today’s world. If you’re traveling to Cappadocia, I highly recommend staying at Mustafa Bey Konağı. Very nice staff. Early Check in was no problem. Perfect after arriving with a tiring night bus. Bed very comfortable and good breakfast.

Feels like home. At the center of the Göreme. The cleanest room I have ever seen. Everyone is trying to make you feel special. I wanna come with my family next time. They offered some tours and hot air balloon, very affordable. Shuttle was right on time.

Maximum service, minimum cost. All people are always ready to help. We stayed just one night but we felt like home. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are big enough for 2-3 nights, clean and in good condition. Perfect location.

Excellent Customer Service. Very helpfull staff specially the breakfast lady I forgot the name but they are very good and make fresh food and very tasty food.

It's a beautiful family-run hotel. The family is very nice and helpful, specially Sintan. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk from the bus station. The breakfast is great, good and varied. Totally recommend it.

The location is good Staff is super friendly and helpful. They quickly helped me on a few queries i had. Breakfast is nice and has a big variety (I had super high expectations due to the reviews, but to be 100% honest i found it "normal", not super great as described)
